A local favorite, FishBones' commitment to the community is to provide freshness and quality for the well being of our guests. For three generations, our family has made a tradition of breaking tradition by doing things the right way rather than the easy way. By cooking only the freshest ingredients over a 1,100 degree wood-fired grill fueled by Florida citrus and oak is simply the way we've always done it.
